25. Russell Brand
This guy is a disgrace and should never be allowed in the United States of America Period. First off the on September 12, 2001 he thought it would be funny to go into his job at MTV Studios dressed as Osama Bin Laden, in my opinion he should have personally been shot right then and there. In 2008 he (for some dumb reason) was asked to host the MTV movie awards. Now I don’t usually watch this shit, but my girl happened to want to see it, and he seriously did nothing for 4 hours except bash the United States of America. Serious you dumb fuck, if you don’t like it here GO HOME you’re not wanted here anyway. I’m not sure what type of shit he has on MTV or which one of their dicks he’s sucking but somehow he is hosting the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Let me tell you I can’t fucking wait for this terrorist to get lost.

24. Ben Bernanke
Ben Bernanke intentionally made inflation soar and destroyed the US dollar, all to bail out his banker buddies on Wall Street. He should be arrested for treason. If you use a U.S. currency anywhere in this world, Ben Bernanke has royally screwed you. All because you’re not part of the good ole boys club. This man is a terrorist and should be dealt with the same way we deal with other terrorists. We should bomb and water board his ass, and now our asshole President has nominated him for a second term.

23. Roger Clemens
Cheaters are a disgrace to all they associate with, when that cheater doesn’t even have the balls to admit their crime when it’s staring them in the face. That’s how you end up as one of the worst people in the world. Roger Clemens has become a laugher stock of all sports. Once a sure fire Hall of Famer, now we can only hope he spends time in jail for his continued lies and destruction of the name of baseball. Not only did he take steroids for almost the entirety of his career, once physical evidence was shown in the court of law he perjured himself and continues to lie all for nothing. Give it up Roger, no one believes you. You’re a liar, a cheater, and everyone who ever looked up to now despises you. By the way you will never be in the Hall Of Fame.

22. Bernie Madoff
At this point everybody should be well aware of all the money Bernie Madoff stole from his many investors. All you had to do was watch television for about ten seconds over the last six months and you probably know his entire life story. His disgusting betrayal of those who trusted him and his theft of over $50 Billion dollars makes him one of the most evil people ever. He left many people with nothing and even more with scraping to get by. Their life work flushed down the toilet, all for this bastards greediness. Fortunately this asshole will spend the rest of his life in prison, where he belongs.

21. Seth MacFarlane
Seth Macfarlane is creator of the two worst shows on television, Family Guy and American Dad. They are incredibly unfunny, artistically terrible and morally offensive. His work is nothing more than liberal trash, and truthfully that is the only reason he has work. The liberal media adores anyone who is willing to attack conservative sensibilities, so he fits right in with those douche bags. His continued attacks on Christianity are completely unnecessary and repulsive. He and many other are working very hard to crush all religion in this country. We need to do everything we can to make sure this asshole does not have an outlet to spread his bullshit propaganda and stop this anti-religion push in its tracks.

The United Nations Economic, Social and Cultural Organization have released documents recommending our kindergarteners and grade-school children would be best served to learn about masturbation and gender violence. The 98 page reports’ lesson plans states, that these very young children should learn a “informed approach to effective sex, relationships.” In the plan children will be broken up into four groups with the youngest being 5-8 year olds. These young kids will be taught “touching and rubbing one’s genitals is called masturbation” and also that private parts “can feel pleasurable when touched by oneself.”

What happened to little kids just playing and having fun? No five year old will have any understanding of what they are learning under the U.N.’s lesson plan. Truthfully if any do there probably is a problem at home. The whole idea of talking to an innocent child about self gratification is just disgusting.

I totally believe in sexual education. I just think it should start somewhere around the age of nine or ten and it has to involve the parents greatly. I mean all you parents out there, do you really want somebody you really don’t know teaching your child everything about something as important as sex?

I really don’t understand why we are involved with the U.N.; we don’t have any need for them or their shit. They are bent on our destruction, and consistently use us for our money. I hate the United Nations. To be perfectly honest nothing would make me happier than having us here in the United States leave the U.N. forever.

The President and Democratic lead congress has continually shot down any ideas about drilling off Americas’ coasts, due to growing “environmental concerns”. Now Barrack Obama and his goons of walking contradictions are sending our money to other countries so they can drill.

The U.S. Export-Import Bank gave Petrobras, Brazil’s government run oil company, $2 Billion to help pay for drilling off of the shores of Rio De Janeiro. Meaning its okay for them to “trash” the environment for some green dough, but not okay for us.

In fact the $2 billion is just a preliminary agreement; the final amount may grow to as much as five time that number.

Why in the world would we spend $2 Billion plus of taxpayer funds to help finance another countries oil project, when we could be using that money to drill off our own shore and reap the profits. Both financially and in the job market. Or be spending that money on some of our pressing needs such as the Trillion dollar deficit. It doesn’t make sense, and it’s just more proof that these clowns running our wonderful country either have no idea what the hell they are doing or that this is another example of the propagation of global warming in this country.

MSNBC is full of shit. It’s not like all the news channels aren’t full of crap but MSNBC has truly taken the cake this time. If you remember, about a week ago President Obama was in the Phoenix, Arizona. He was there for another one of his almighty town hall meetings.

Well there was a group of people who came armed with fire-arms. Arizona has an open carry law so nobody was breaking any laws, and all of the weapons present were legal weapons.

MSNBC took this image and cropped it to serve their purpose, which from what I can tell was that they are completely racist against white people and are doing their best to start race riots. I mean the entire segment is a lie; they made up a story then made a picture of a black man serve as a white man. All so that they can go on air and call white people racist against Obama.The white man with the goatee, he is supposed to represent the gun holder because of the strap over his shoulder. It’s a camera people. How dumb are these fucks.

It’s a good thing network and cable news is dying, my hope is this type of bullshit put it to rest forever though. Every time you watch the news it’s just arrogant lies from people who think their smarter than you, when really it’s becoming quite obvious they are most definitely not.

Apparently now we can yawn our way to prison. Not just a couple of days but as long as half a year. In a Chicago courtroom on July 23; Clifton William, 33, found this out. The yawn occurred during Williams cousins; Jason Mayfield; sentencing for drug charges. Judge Daniel Rozak charged Mr. Williams with contempt of court and sentenced him six months for his “obscene” yawn.

Williams can possibly be released earlier then his sentence, he has a hearing set for Thursday, August 13, where he will be required to personally apologize to Judge Rozak for his horrible behavior. If he apologizes he still would have spent 21 days in jail.

What is wrong with this country? All I ever hear about is how the prisons are overfilled. How we don’t have the money to continue to pay for all the jails we already have, and what do we do we put people in jail for yawning. Seriously this is the dumbest thing ever. I really think Judge Daniel Rozak should be forced to step down. This really is an incredible abuse of power. He stole almost a month of this Mr. Williams life because he’s on a power trip. We don’t need judges like him, and we don’t need non-violent prisoners in general.

So it goes down once again, for the second time this month the RIAA has won an absurd amount of money against a common man over the use of a handful of songs. The jury judged in favor of the RIAA over PH. D student Joel Tenenbaum. Mr. Tenenbaum was accused of swapping at least 30 songs on the online peer-to-peer site Kazaa. It only took the jury a few hours to determine Mr. Tenenbaum owed the RIAA a sum total of $675,000. That comes out to $22,500 per song he shared on Kazaa. Wow.

Yes he was breaking the law. But in what world is a .99 cent song worth $22,500. That is ridiculous; we need to get a grip on our torts in this country. I understand trying to send a message but give me a break this is a joke. The legal system has become a complete travesty.

Now if it was determined by the legal system that personal file sharing online was not protected by “Fair Use” copyright provisions, and they could definitively prove the defendant is the perpetrator. Then I would be all for a punishment that fits the crime. Somewhere in say 20 times the value of the song and in this case that would make the total judgment a much more reasonable $600.

The truth is all lawsuits and torts are out of control presently. This is just another example, we need to stop all ridiculous suits before they start. You should not have the right to sue without real damage,

Its Eminem’s new track named The Warning. In it he attacks both Mariah and Nick Cannon her 12 year old husband for previous improprieties. Seriously it’s beautiful. Not only does it make me laugh throughout but it’s a damn good song too. He rails of some of the best one liner I’ve heard in a long ass time. Things like “When you was on my dick and give you something to smile about” and,  “Surely you don’t want me to talk about how I nutted early cos ejaculated early and bus all over your belly, and you almost started hurling and said I was gross, go get a towel you’re stomachs curling. Or maybe you do.” It’s fantastic; he also claims to have naked photos of her that he’s more than willing to release.

There’s the video you tell me who she’s behaving like?  I mean seriously how dumb is this broad, she goes on the offensive against Eminem. Has she never heard his music? All he does is attack people. She had to know this was coming. Her denial is classic, and I quote “Everybody started having their own speculations about who the stalker was. I’m like, look, when I look at that stalker and me with the beard and the whole nine yards, I look like my cousin Chris. I do. I look like my brother and my cousin Chris. So basically, you know, all the speculation about who I’m playing in the video, it’s not accurate.”

This will only end up making them both even bigger stars so she should just embrace it. Why do you think all the movie starlets end up with “leaked “tapes? Because as we all know sex sells, especially in this country. My hope is she disappears, though I doubt it. Her music sucks and I’ve always kind of felt like she was a cow.

The President has repeatedly promised Americans that they can keep their existing health plans, and that there benefits will be only enhanced by his and congress’s actions. Let’s take a look. There are two bills floating around Washington concerning health care, one backed by the House Democrats and the other being pushed by Sen. Kennedy’s Health committee. The two bills combine for about 2000 pages of hardcore reading. Revealing an intricate web of regulations and penalties that are going to change everything we love about our heath care system.

If you enjoy choosing your own Dermatologists or getting a discount for being a non-smoker, you’re going to be sadly surprised when you realize you will lose both options under these plans.

You will no longer receive discounts for be a healthy individual. Whether you eat Big Macs or salads you’ll pay the same price. This is a great deal if you have a chronic disease like Diabetes or Parkinson’s. It’s nice in theory, but really it couldn’t be more ridiculous. What if your home owners insurance charged the same price to protect your house regardless of whether your home sits in tornado alley or beautiful California? Obviously there are natural dangers everywhere but some less than others and you pay more when you live in more dangerous areas.

Let’s look at this freedom to keep my present plan. Well as it looks now both plans have it being a big sham. The bill claims that current policy holder will be grandfathered into their present policies. But you will not be allowed to cancel your policy and purchase a new one. Canceling your policy will result in you automatically being placed in the new system. As a matter of fact making any change to your policy whatsoever, such as changing your co-pays; will have the same result. Also even if you somehow can get by without ever changing anything after five years there is a deadline and your policy will no longer exist.

Finally when it comes to choosing your doctors, the exchange will work kind of like a really horrible HMO. You will only get to choose from a handful of government chosen doctors. Then you must have their permission to get treatment beyond them. All of which will be overseen by bureaucrats and bean counters. If you’re lucky the government will decide to spend your money to fix you if not, who knows maybe you’ll die because it wasn’t cost effective to save you. Maybe the government will make great decisions when it comes to my money and my life, maybe not. I’m pretty positive I would make the correct decision about my money and life.

Personally I don’t even have health insurance, but I’m more than willing to pay good money out of pocket in order to receive high quality care. We have the best health care in the world in this country. The very last thing I would want is anybody trying to tell me, is what I can or cannot do in accordance with my medications or treatment. I could care less if it’s free, some things in life shouldn’t be free. And some things should be private and personal, like health care. So Obama fuck your health plan; and stop spending our fucking money.

So it seems that CNN has broken into the world of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), bringing to light the supposedly ridiculous payments issued by the government for Wheelchairs, while highlighting the unethical billing practices of DME companies. In the video CNN claims that The Center for Medicare Services (CMS) pays suppliers four times the actual cost of the wheelchairs it provides, and concludes that DME supplies is one major area of healthcare that needs reforming.

Unfortunately, CNN is also very vague when describing exactly how DME companies work. CNN mentions that Medicare was BILLED 4 times the retail cost. It is unclear though if this was the Billed Amount, Allowed Amount, or if this amount was even paid. When a medical claim is billed, the provider/supplier can bill for any amount, but what payment is based on is an ALLOWED amount. Medicare has an approximately $136 deductible and then covers 80% of the ALLOWED amount, leaving the remaining 20% to be paid for by the beneficiary, and also to be collected by the DME company which requires multiple hours of phone calls and billing in some cases. CNN also does not mention if the patient opted to continue to rent the wheelchair or purchase the wheelchair after 13 months which prior to Jan 1, 2006 was the standard option. Thus the first $700 of that wheelchair – if paid – was remitted within the first 13 months, which generally include multiple visits to the patient’s home to make slight adjustments, issues with Medicare denials, and for the upfront cost of the wheelchair. The Remaining $500 which would be paid at approximately $100 /year for 5 years, if the beneficiary choose to continue to rent, is a sort of “Insurance Policy” that keeps the supplier contracted to come out and make repairs as necessary with no additional fee to the patient. Where else can you get a full service insurance policy for $100 a year? Such an insurance policy is no longer available due to new Medicare reforms, and as such once the purchase price of a wheelchair has been paid for by Medicare, patients now own their equipment outright, and DME companies are no longer under contract to service the equipment for free. CNN fails to mention any of this in the video. The reason this system was put in place was so that patient’s would receive optimal service and assistance with their equipment – something that is not found in making a quick one time purchase online.

I’m sure most everyone reading this is familiar with Inflation, and how the price of everything has risen over the last ten years. Well there is one thing that has not inflated, and that is Medicare’s reimbursement for equipment. Over the past several years Medicare has not only raised the deductible of its beneficiaries, but it has also decreased the amount it pays for an item. In 2008 Medicare slashed reimbursement rates 10.6% across the board, after the competitive bidding bill did not get passed. Interestingly, CNN never mentions that Medicare’s reimbursement rates have progressively dropped over the years while the cost of everything else – rent, gas, equipment, maintenance – have all increased. DME companies employ a wide variety of professionals in order to meet patient needs and fulfill Medicare guidelines, including delivery technicians, equipment specialists, customer services representatives, and billing specialists. Companies working with Medicare must also follow a strict set of regulations that add on numerous costs to everyday operations. In fact the costs associated with delivering, maintaining, and billing for DME equipment can easy add on hundreds to a wheelchair or any other piece of equipment for that matter. DME companies are businesses, and like any business they need to make some sort of profit in order to survive, unfortunately this is becoming more and more difficult over time.

CNN does mention Competitive Bidding in their report, but fails to explain even the most basic elements of the bill, instead suggesting the reason that the DME industry is largely opposed to it is because it will put an end to the “huge profits” they are making – which is an unfair, biased, and largely inaccurate depiction. The congresswoman interviewed mentions that Competitive Bidding is not very competitive, yet CNN seems to have excluded her explanation as to why this is the case. Basically the bidding system works similar to an auction, except the lowest bidder wins. Anyone in business knows that when you purchase large quantities from your vendor, your price can drop drastically. Keeping this in mind, DME suppliers come in all shapes and sizes. You have start ups, local suppliers, and national suppliers. Hypothetically, let’s say that there is a local supplier who purchases 100 wheelchairs a year, because that is the amount that they need to keep their region supplied. Then you have a National Company that has 1000 locations across the United States. Each of the 1000 stores order 100 wheelchairs a year, meaning that company purchases 100,000 wheelchairs a year. If any of you call up a vendor and ask them for a price on 100 items and then ask how much if you were going to buy 100,000 items, I’m sure you will see a drastic difference. While the exact discount a company might potentially get by ordering 100,000 wheelchairs may vary, if I had to guess given my experience in the DME industry I would say it would be in the area of 20 to 30 percent. Given such a potential discount, large suppliers can easily afford to bid lower in the Competitive Bidding process than other “mom and pop” type DME companies. The result of Competitive Bidding as it is currently setup means that hundreds, if not thousands of small local DME suppliers will be forced out of business because they can no afford to operate. In the end what this CNN piece fails to consider with Competitive Bidding is that ultimately Medicare patients who need DME equipment are going to receive less and less service, fewer DME provider options, and cheaper equipment, as both manufacturers and providers look for ways to cut costs in order to break even and make a minor profit.

Of course the CNN story pretends to be newsworthy but obviously fails to mention any of these incredibly relevant details. Not to mention the obviously accusatory tone and insinuations of whom the real bad guy is – namely any and all DME companies. CNN also simplifies the entire piece in order to make the patient look like a victim, Medicare/the government to look incompetent and DME suppliers to seem unscrupulous (notice that CNN did not interview a single DME company for this piece). Obviously such depictions are stereotypical and unfair. The current problems facing Medicare and the health industry in general are multifold, yet placing blame on all DME companies as being “part of the problem” is inaccurate, unfair, and journalistically unethical. Apparently though CNN does not care about any of this, and instead uses DME providers as scapegoats for one wheelchair that squeaks.

Let’s seriously think about this…..

Now let me say first off, I cant stand cops, 85% of the ones I have encountered in my time have been pricks, assholes, and often write fictitious police reports to cover their asses. But they still have a job to do.

Lets think about this. You are a police officer and you get a call to go investigate a “possible break-in” you see a man inside the house that is suspected of being broken into. Do you try to identify the person in the home?

Fuck yeah you do!!!! Who knows who this individual could be? If the Prominent well educated man that he claims to be, would have just showed his Identification it would have easily identified him as the resident of that home. END OF STORY

But no, this dumb fuck Henry Louis Gates Jr. fights with the police and refuses to provide identification.

Let’s take a step back. Sergeant James M. Crowley was responding to a call from someone else who claimed of a possible break in right? Well its not to hard to figure out that the person who called must be one of little Henrys neighbors.

So a neighbor sees a black man bump his front door because it was stuck, and the cop gets called a racist? Come on…. the fucking racist, if anyone, is the person who called the police in the first place. I doubt they could see his little Henrys Face, all they seen was a black man going into a home and thought “It must be a break in”.

And as for President Obama, he needs to keep his fucking mouth shut. He even said himself that he was unfamiliar with the details of the investigation. Then shit Mr. Hussein Obama, why get involved. This is just another stunt for Hussein Obama to appeal to minorities that he has not been able to relate to in quite a few years. Due to his high income and political perks.

Back to Little Henry…

Let’s look at the quotes from Little Henry Gates: He Stated “You don’t know who your messing with”. Oh, he’s a man on authority; does he mean that if you have authority the police can not ask you questions regarding a call about a break in? He Also stated “this is what happens to a black man in America” Really Henry, Is this what happens in America, then I say get the fuck out and go somewhere else, cause the fact of the matter is your neighbor is the racist and the police were doing their job. So you can see before he was even at the Jail, he was going to use a racial profiling defense.

Am I wrong for thinking this way?

Lets look at this, If the police did not show up to confirm that the person entering the house was the homeowner, would there be a lawsuit for police failing to respond to call about a possible break in. Of course there would be. So I say, where is this caller who reported the break in ? and Little Henry if your on your racist witch hunt take a fucking look in the mirror, cause if it was a black police officer would you still be singing the same tune?

I would like to personally apologize to the 911 caller. It has brought to national attention that the 911 caller DID NOT refer to race when calling in the suspected break in.

This revelation although further fuels my theory regarding Little Henry Jr. is a racist. There have also been some audio and video brought to light, in which Henry Gates Jr. explains how his mother hated white people, and how he enjoyed hearing Malcolm X talk about how the “White Man” is the devil.

I believe this personal attack that Henry Gates Jr. has waged on the Cambridge Police should be considered a hate crime. Why not, it’s solely based on race isn’t it?
